Installation
The Bidet Expo kit is designed to connect at the toilet supply line with common fittings. Read the complete steps before starting, and stop if your plumbing is damaged, corroded or different from the setup shown.
Before you start
Turn off the toilet supply valve and flush the tank to relieve pressure.
What you need
A cloth and an adjustable wrench or pliers are usually enough for a standard installation.
After installation
Test slowly at low pressure and check every connection for leaks.
Installation sequence
- Close the toilet’s water supply valve completely.
- Flush the toilet and place a towel beneath the tank connection.
- Disconnect the existing supply line from the toilet tank.
- Install the supplied 7/8-inch T-adapter at the toilet connection with the included sealing components positioned correctly.
- Reconnect the toilet supply line to the adapter.
- Connect the stainless-steel hose to the bidet outlet on the adapter, then connect the handheld sprayer to the hose.
- Position the holder where the sprayer can rest securely without sharply bending the hose.
- Open the main toilet supply slowly. Then open the bidet shut-off gradually and inspect every joint for leakage.
Everyday use
Use only the pressure needed for a comfortable rinse. Close the bidet shut-off valve after use so the hose and sprayer are not left continuously pressurized.
When to use a plumber: If the supply valve will not close, fittings are corroded, the connection size differs, or leakage continues after correctly reseating the seals, stop and use a qualified plumber.
